Whether you're new to running or chasing a sub-20 5K, here is what every MOTION RUN CLUB event delivers. The same standards for everyone. Every time. From day one.
No cliques, no gatekeeping. You'll be welcomed by name on your first run and remembered on your second.
First-timers and seasoned runners share the same start line. For now, one community group — everyone moves together.
Every run has sweep marshals. If you finish last, you finish to applause — that is the rule.
Coffee, kombucha, occasionally pizza. Stay for ten minutes or stay until closing. Up to you.
Walk/run intervals, route briefings, pace coaches. Couch-to-5K runners are why we exist.
Founding chapter: one community group, two weekly runs. Dedicated pace groups will follow as we grow.

MOTION RUN CLUB is Ben's project — a club for runners, by a runner. What started as a way to share weekly miles with friends has become a movement built on three simple instincts: show up, move together, keep showing up.
As Club Lead, Ben sets the routes, runs every session, and makes sure no one stands at the start line alone. The plan grows with the community.
As the community grows, dedicated Run Leads will join Ben — one for each pace group. These positions are intentionally unfilled right now. Quality over speed.
Additional Run Leads will be introduced as the community grows.
MOTION RUN CLUB exists for everyone who moves — the founder member, the comeback runner, the curious first-timer, the half-marathon chaser. Pace doesn't decide who belongs here.
We are built around three principles. Show up. Run together. Leave better than you arrived.
